790-2          CHANGES THAT MUST BE ACTED ON

The caseworker is required to take action and redetermine eligibility and benefit amount when:

• A change is reported by the family, including a request to close the case.
   

• A system interface provides information that may affect the family’s eligibility or benefit amount.
   

• The family’s case manager reports information gathered while working with a parent or caretaker to help the family become self-sufficient; or
   

• Information becomes known from other sources.
