780-7          WHO MAY AUTHORIZE PAYMENTS

In Alaska, DPADivision of Public Assistance is the only agency that has the authority to authorize ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program cash payments.  All ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program benefit payments will be authorized by a Regional Assistance Payments Manager or a staff member authorized or designated to act on the manager's behalf.
