780-12        RESTRICTED PAYMENTS

Quest cards cannot be used to make purchases with ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program cash benefits or to withdraw cash benefits from ATMAutomated Teller Machines located in bars, liquor stores, gambling or adult entertainment establishments.  The Division will remove the capability to accept Quest from all ATMAutomated Teller Machines and card reading devices that are located in such venues.
