ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program program benefit payments are made by direct deposit to the parent or caretaker relative’s personal financial account or by electronic benefit transfer (EBT) to the recipient’s Alaska Quest card.

The division cannot, on its own authority, determine that delivery of benefits is to be made to any other person or place restrictions upon the delivery of benefits except as provided for in protective payee situations.
