701-9           WHEN A FAMILY APPLIES FOR ASSISTANCE AND HAS ALREADY USED 57 OR MORE MONTHS OF ASSISTANCE

The family will be referred immediately to a case manager who will complete the Family Progress Review and extension procedures. Benefit months 57 - 60 will be issued upon eligibility determination and are not contingent on the outcome of the Family Progress Review.

If a family has exhausted their 60 month benefit at time of application, benefits will be issued based on the extension criteria determination.
