701-10        When a family applies for assistance and has already used 57

                     or more months of assistance

The family will be referred immediately to a case manager who will interview the family to gather information about the issues that are preventing the family from reaching self-sufficiency and proceed with the case review staffing procedures.

Once the extension decision is made, the caseworker will process the application as appropriate.
