We have made changes to the self-employment annualization table based on changes in the Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG) for Alaska.
Other changes are either technical in nature or clarifications that are the results of policy questions or suggestions from the field.

MS 600-1 G Quality Assessment Reviews
Adds definitions and clarifications of policy for QA refusal to cooperate and QA failure to cooperate.
MS 602-1 I Voluntary Job Quit and Reduction of Work Hours
Adds an example regarding job quit after application submission, but prior to interview.
MS 605-2 D (7) Annualization Determination
Updates self-employment annualization standards with release of Federal Poverty Guidelines for Alaska, effective March 1, 2014.
