We are making several changes to incorporate new policy and clarify existing policy.

410-3(B)       Who Must Participate in the Interview

• Clarified that if legally married, only one spouse needs to participate in the interview

426-7           Converting Interim Assistance

Addendum 3   Countable and Excluded Income for Adult Public Assistance   

• Added Needs Based Income, such as Senior Benefits
• Added a link to APAAdult Public Assistance MS 442-3(B)
