This manual change includes new Interim Assistance Reimbursement procedures (described in the November 19 broadcast to staff) and moves information about contacting the Medical Reviewer to its own subsection.
Other changes are either technical in nature or clarifications that are the result of policy questions or suggestions from the field.

MS 426-2 F Contacting the Medical Reviewer
MS 426-3 Interim Assistance Reimbursement (IAR)
Explains changes to Interim Assistance Reimbursement procedures that went into effect on November 20, 2010.
MS 441-1 B Flexible Health Benefits
Adds new policy that only the contribution amount that goes directly to the employee (benefit contribution excess) is countable income. Any amount the employer pays for mandatory health insurance benefits is not counted as income to the employee.
Reorganizes the earned income section to align more closely with the organization of the other program manuals.
MS 460-2 B Income and Resources of Alien Sponsors
Clarifies that the deeming period for alien sponsors lasts for 3 years.
