We are making several changes to incorporate new policy and clarify existing policy.

OVERVIEW OF CHANGES
410 Application Process
- Clarified we can only add on a program to an existing application if the application is less than 30 days old.
420-2(B)1 APAAdult Public Assistance Applicants
- Clarified an application who is receiving SSISupplemental Security Income, must be receiving the maximum payment of SSISupplemental Security Income they are entitled to, or the application should be pended for pursuit of SSISupplemental Security Income maximum payment.
- Added an example
420-2(B)2 APAAdult Public Assistance Recipients
- Clarified that a recipient of APAAdult Public Assistance must be receiving the maximum SSISupplemental Security Income payment they are entitled to continue to receiving APAAdult Public Assistance.
433-4 ABLEAchieving a Better Life Experience Accounts
- Updated 2024 Max Allowable Additional Contributions for certain employed ABLEAchieving a Better Life Experience account beneficiaries.
