MS 100-4 C      RECEIVING CIVIL RIGHTS COMPLAINTS

• Revised section to include information regarding completing the GEN 102Review - Disposition of Civil Rights Complaint form for Civil Rights complaints

MS 100-10 C      POTENTIAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST

• Revised criteria for handling confidential cases

MS 101-2      FORMS

• Re-titled section from Application Forms to Forms
• Referred to the program policy manuals for when a GEN 72Eligibility Review Form may be used as an initial application

MS 101-5      WHERE TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION

• Clarified the different ways an individual may submit an application for Public Assistance benefits

MS 101-7      TIMELINESS STANDARDS

• Clarified the different modes in which an individual may submit an application, online, etc.

MS 105-14      SYSTEMIC ALIEN VERIFICATION FOR ENTITLEMENTS - ELECTRONIC VERIFICATION PROCESS

• Revised section as caseworkers now access SAVESystematic Alien Verification for Entitlements through IEVSInstant Eligibility Verification System

MS 117-1 D      TIME LIMITS TO REQUEST A FAIR HEARING

• Clarified when a fair hearing request is untimely, a non-referral notice is sent to the client
