• Clarified the CANOCase Notes entry examples for "Excessive Card Replacement Alert" used by BIRUBenefit Issuance & Recovery Unit and field staff

ADDENDUM 109 F      DPA ACRONYMS

• Removed acronym SPMG (Statewide Process Management Guide) from list of DPADivision of Public Assistance acronyms since it is no longer used
