OVERVIEW OF CHANGES

MS 100-3 H      REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION FROM OTHER AGENCIES

• Removed the Child Care Program Office (CCPO) from the list of other agencies that exchange information with DPADivision of Public Assistance without a written release of information from the client since they are part of DPADivision of Public Assistance.

MS 101-2 B      GEN 72 FORM

• Removed statement that the GEN 72Eligibility Review Form is used by the Office of Children's Services (OCS) due to a Medicaid renewal process change.

MS 108-5      EIS NOTICE LISTING

• Removed X007 as it is no longer in use due to an OCSOffice of Children's Services Medicaid renewal process change.

MS 122-3      EXCESSIVE CARD REPLACEMENTS

• Revised excessive card replacements as being four or more cards issued within the past twelve (12) months to align with federal rules.

ADDENDUM 109 F      DPA ACRONYMS

• Added acronyms related to fair hearings: Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH), Administrative Law Judge (ALJ), Alaska Legal Services Corporation (ALSC), and Office of Public Advocacy (OPA).
