OVERVIEW OF CHANGES

MS 109-10      CASE MANAGER USE OF CANO

• Added "Job quit disqualification determination" as an allowable case note entry for case managers due to a change in policy

MS 111-1      DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF A PROGRAM LOSS

• Clarified the process for submitting a SNAP GEN 95 claim, ensuring staff print all FSAD screens before and after corrections are made

MS 117-1 (B)      HOW TO REQUEST A FAIR HEARING

• Revised section to replace emailing the Contracted Service Quality Assurance Unit (CSQA) with submitting the fair hearing via Fair Hearing Referral I-Sight due to a change in process
• Added link and instructions to the "Fair Hearing Referral" on the DPAweb

MS 117-2      CONTINUED BENEFITS PENDING A FAIR HEARING DECISION

• Revised section to match the continued benefits policy
• Removed sub-sections A and B and renumbered sub-sections throughout

MS 117-16      FAIR HEARING PROCESS FLOWCHART

• Added I-Sight (fair hearing referral) entry and submittal to the flow chart based on the updated fair hearing referral process
