NOTE:  Refer to MS 100-8I for additional guidance on sending electronic information. The 10-10-10 rule requires ETs to act on changes within 10 days from the agency's receipt of the report (refer to program manuals for additional information about acting on reported changes). However, ETs must also ensure to follow the first contact resolution guidance to properly assist clients (refer to MS for additional information about first contact resolution).
