122-8          CARDS RETURNED UNDELIVERABLE

 

Undeliverable Quest cards are returned to Systems Operations. When this occurs, the status of the card is changed and deactivated. Systems Operations staff will notify the Eligibility Technicians by email so that they can follow up with the client and reissue a new card to the correct address.

 

Quest cards turned into local offices should be mailed to Systems Operations by the following business day. At the end of each month, Systems Operations staff provides the EBTElectronic Benefit Transfer Helpdesk with a report that lists all cards returned undeliverable.
