117-6          SCHEDULING THE FAIR HEARING

The DPADivision of Public Assistance hearing representative must fax a notice of case referral to the Office of Administrative Hearings within 10 days after the agency receives a hearing request. The Office of Administrative Hearings will notify the client and agency via written notice of the hearing date, time, and location, to include contact numbers to call if either the client or the agency representative has questions or need assistance.
