Both DPADivision of Public Assistance and an NFAPNative Family Assistance Program maintain their own case files regardless of the eligibility system used in administering public assistance programs. Case files will not be transferred between DPADivision of Public Assistance and an NFAPNative Family Assistance Program when households move from a DPADivision of Public Assistance area to an NFAPNative Family Assistance Program area, or vice versa.
