116-6          CHANGE REPORTING

When clients report changes to DPADivision of Public Assistance, the worker will review the reported change and determine how the change affects the household's continued eligibility for DPADivision of Public Assistance programs. In addition, DPADivision of Public Assistance must determine if the change must be directly reported or passed on to the appropriate NFAPNative Family Assistance Program agency.

DPADivision of Public Assistance workers are not required to pass on change reports to non-EISEligibility Information System user NFAPNative Family Assistance Program agencies. However, for EISEligibility Information System-user NFAPNative Family Assistance Program agencies, DPADivision of Public Assistance must pass on the reported change due to system sharing that would affect both DPADivision of Public Assistance programs and the NFAPNative Family Assistance Program. The following procedures apply when handling reports of change involving NFAPNative Family Assistance Program agencies.

116-6 A.      CLIENT REPORTS A CHANGE AND DPADivision of Public Assistance WORKER DETERMINES THE HOUSEHOLD ALSO HAS AN OPEN NFAPNative Family Assistance Program CASE, WHICH IS NOT ON EISEligibility Information System
