101-8 REGISTERING HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS LISTED ON THE APPLICATION
When registering an application, staff must register everyone listed on the application as household members. Although not all household members may be included in the case, there is a possibility that the household member could affect a related case.
Exception:
When registering a recertification, clerical staff are not required to
add household members to an existing case. The caseworker will determine
who needs to be added to the case when processing the recertification.
