100-7 OFFICE STANDARDS
All Division offices and facilities must meet the following standards at all times:
The offices must be well marked and clearly identified;
The offices must be easily accessible to the public. This means that there must be no temporary or permanent physical barriers to access and that the office must be open to the public and telephones manned during regular state working hours of each normal work day;
Adequate and safe space, equipment, and supplies must be available to conduct normal business; and
Office space must be provided for the degree of privacy and security necessary to protect the client's right to confidentiality.
100-7 B. REPORT OF DEFICIENCIES OF OFFICE STANDARDS
Although the standards noted in the above section are broad, it is the duty of the workers to bring to the attention of their supervisors any factor which, in their judgment, negatively impacts the public's right of access to the program, the applicant's or recipient's right to privacy, or the worker's ability to adequately perform their duties.
