MANUAL: Aged, Disabled and Long Term Care Medicaid Eligibility Manual

Tribal documents such as a tribal enrollment card or a Certificate of Degree of Indian blood may be used to verify both citizenship and identity. This manual change adds this information to the citizenship chapter and includes two other minor changes.
