This manual change reflects the updated Fair Hearing regulations regarding how a hearing must be requested. Also updates the process for underpayments and overpayments.

MS 362 Fair Hearings
Clarifies that a fair hearing request must be in writing.
MS 363-1 Underpayments
Updates section as there is now a process in place to issue underpayments
MS 363-2 Overpayments
Updates definition of an overpayment and that the Division is processing overpayments.
MS 363-2 (A) Agency Caused
Adds a new section on how to process agency caused overpayments
MS 363-2 (B) Treatment of a Senior Benefit Overpayment
Adds a new section defining agency caused and client caused overpayments
MS 363-2 (C) Establishing a Claim
Adds a new section detailing how to establish a claim
MS 363-2 (D) Notice Requirement
Adds a new section on notice requirement regarding claims
