Changes are either technical in nature or clarifications that are the result of policy questions or suggestions from the field.

OVERVIEW OF CHANGES

310-3(D)  Verification 

• Removed Winstar and replaced it with ACSESS (Alaska Child Support Enforcement Services System).

330-2(D)2(B)  Countable Income 

• Added "Depreciation" to examples of allowable deductions and removed it from examples of deductions not allowed. 

340-3  Payment Delivery 

• Revised benefit delivery options for Senior Benefits to EBTElectronic Benefit Transfer and Direct Deposit.

• Added a note that Quest cards cannot be used to make purchases with SBSenior Benefits cash benefits or to withdraw cash benefits from ATMs located in bars, liquor stores, gambling or adult entertainment establishments.
