340-1        PAYMENT LEVEL

An individual who is eligible for the Senior Benefits Program will receive $76, $175 or $250 each month as determined by their gross income level as shown in the chart in SBP manual section 330-1.  This benefit cannot be assigned or garnished to satisfy a debt.
