The presence of an individual who is over age 60, is legally disabled, or a child under six years of age are factors in determining the benefit level. This information should be recorded in ECOSEnergy Community Online System for each individual in the household on the "Application Members" screen. Income information related to these categories should be recorded on the "Income" screen.

- Veterans Disability Benefits – recorded for each applicable individual in the household on the "Application Members" and "Income" screens in ECOSEnergy Community Online System.
- SNAPSupplemental Nutrition Assistance Program – recorded for each applicable individual in the household on the "Application Summary" screen in ECOSEnergy Community Online System.
- ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program/TANFTemporary Assistance to Needy Families – recorded on the "Application Summary" and "Income" screens in ECOSEnergy Community Online System.
- Disabled – recorded for each applicable individual in the household on the "Application Members" and "Income" screens in ECOSEnergy Community Online System.
- Supplemental Security Income – recorded for each applicable individual in the household on the "Income" screen in ECOSEnergy Community Online System.
- Adult Public Assistance – recorded for each applicable individual in the household on the "Application Summary" and "Income" screens in ECOSEnergy Community Online System.
- Elderly – recorded for each applicable individual in the household on the "Application Members" screen in ECOSEnergy Community Online System.
- Unemployment Insurance Benefits (UIBUnemployment Insurance Benefits) – recorded for each applicable individual in the household on the "Income" screen in ECOSEnergy Community Online System.
