The Leadership Development Series is a collective of training courses developed and facilitated by the Staff Development and Training Unit (SD&T), Division of Public Assistance (DPA), to enhance and develop leadership skills for today’s and tomorrow’s DPA leadership staff.
Each quarter a new leadership development training course will be facilitated at venues to accommodate both Field Services and Non-Field Services leadership staff in the Central Region, Coastal Region, Northern Region, Southeast Region and Central Office. Following the live-facilitation of the leadership development training course, each training course will be developed into a self-guided, self-paced web-based training course accessible from the SD&T web site.
Each quarterly leadership development training course will be announced in the current issue of the DPA eNewsletter along with a subject-overview article and the schedule/venue for the live-facilitated training classes.
