We Need Your Ideas!  Your suggestions are key to the Division’s success in achieving continuous improvement toward our agency’s goals.  Each and every one of us has a role in this process.  The eSuggestion (a previous idea from Southeast and Child Care Quality Councils) is available from this eNews and as a Quicklink on DPAweb, It gives you the option of sending your requests or ideas anonymously. Submitting suggestions through eSuggestion continues to be an effective way to communicate improvements and initiatives. Quality Councils review, discuss, and plan ways to continuously improve our business.

Submissions received through eSuggestion are reviewed by Claudia Cook, Division Quality Council Coordinator and she routes them to the appropriate Quality Council.  Each Quality Council is responsible for and enables the Division’s continuous improvement process.  They assure we focus on and attain the agency’s goals.  The Management Quality Council provides direction, removes barriers to specific project progress, recognizes achievements, and champions the continuous improvement process.  We look forward to hearing from you.
