Schedules can be viewed for one staff member or all staff within an office or unit. The status of the appointment is color coded for quick reference. Appointments are available according to the staff’s program knowledge so you can easily find an appointment opening for a specific program within a unit. The scheduler allows for pre-selecting closed dates for events such as holidays and weekends, pre-set office hours, and blocked time for reoccurring events such as staff meetings and training.

Appointment-Plus will be piloted in Kenai, Mat-Su and Nome in the next couple months and go statewide starting July 1, 2008.
