1004-8          ALASKA IN!

If a child under 13 has a qualifying special need, their child care provider may be eligible to receive an Alaska inclusive Child Care (Alaska IN!) supplemental payment.  This payment is intended to help cover additional costs associated with including the child in the provider's program.  Supplemental payments are specific to the individual child and provider.

Families who indicate their child has a qualifying special need should be informed of the Alaska IN! program and referred to the CC48 Application for Alaska Inclusive Child Care.  Additional information is available in the Alaska IN! brochure.  

The CCPO determines eligibility for Alaska IN! and authorizes any supplemental payments.  

A family interested in applying completes the CC48 Application for Alaska Inclusive Child Care and submits the application to the CCPO.  The application can be submitted by mail to the address on the form, email (ccpo@alaska.gov) or by fax at (907)269-4536.
