We are making several changes to clarify existing policy as a result of suggestions from the field.

OVERVIEW OF CHANGES
MS 711-4 Who May Not Be Included In the Assistance Unit

- Updated the second note in this subsection to remove language about children receiving subsidized adoption payments being optional household members.
MS 717-7 How CSSD Collections Affect The Temporary Assistance Case

- Removed the note in subsection B. for families who lose eligibility for Family Medicaid due to an increase in child support income.
MS 730-2 Exemptions From Work Activities

- Removed the language regarding work exemptions being applied in conjunction with the FSSP.
MS 740-2 PASS II Child Care

- Removed the words, "due to" earnings and replaced them with, "with" for ATAP households closing their case with earned income and needing to be referred to a PASS II child care provider.

- Removed the words, "due to" earnings and replaced them with, "with" for ATAP households closing their case with earned income and needing to be referred to a PASS II child care provider.
MS 756-4 A. Earned Income

- Removed the definitions of earned income and self-employment earned income. Information moved to MS 759.
- Added a cross reference to MS 759 (Earned Income).
MS 756-4 B. Unearned Income

- Removed the definition of unearned income and the bulleted list of unearned income types. Information moved to MS 758.
- Added a cross reference to MS 758 (Unearned Income).
