791-1          NOTICE OF DECISION REQUIREMENTS

Written notice of each action taken on any application or ongoing case must be given or sent to the applicant or recipient.  All notices must be "adequate"; some notices must also be "timely".  These terms are explained below.

FSSPFamily Self-Sufficiency Plan and work activity exemption status changes, and actions related to FSSPFamily Self-Sufficiency Plan and work activity sanctions, must also be noticed.  These notices must be timely only if they will adversely affect the family’s eligibility or grant amount.

Child Support "pass-through" payments are not subject to timely and adequate notice requirements.
