790              CASE MAINTENANCE

Once a family is found eligible, the case worker is responsible for monitoring the case, receiving and responding to reports of change, conducting periodic reviews, and determining ongoing eligibility.

The case worker must also consult with the family about the months of assistance they have used, and communicate with the family's case manager regarding compliance with the FSSPFamily Self-Sufficiency Plan and work activities, and participation in case review staffings.
