780-5          MINIMUM PAYMENT

780-5 A.      PAYMENTS LESS THAN $10.00

No ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program benefit payment is made to an assistance unit if, before any recoupment, the rounded amount of the benefit payment is determined to be $9.00 or less for the payment month.

TATemporary Assistance cases which are open for a zero grant because of the $10.00 minimum payment limitation are considered to be recipients of ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program and entitled to all TATemporary Assistance-related benefits. However, they must continue to meet all ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program factors of eligibility including participation in assigned work activities, cooperation with CSSDChild Support Services Division, and residency.

780-5 B.      CORRECTIVE PAYMENTS

Corrective underpayments of less than $10 must be made, if the total entitlement for the payment month is at least $10.00.

780-5 C.      CSSDChild Support Services Division PASS-THROUGH PAYMENTS

CSSDChild Support Services Division "pass-through" child support payments are not considered ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program benefits and are not subject to the $10 payment limitation.
