780-5 MINIMUM PAYMENT
780-5 A. PAYMENTS LESS THAN $10.00
No ATAP benefit payment is made to an assistance unit if, before any recoupment, the rounded amount of the benefit payment is determined to be $9.00 or less for the payment month.
TA cases which are open for a zero grant because of the $10.00 minimum payment limitation are considered to be recipients of ATAP and entitled to all TA - related benefits. However, they must continue to meet all ATAP factors of eligibility including participation in assigned work activities, cooperation with CSSD, and residency.
Corrective underpayments of less than $10 must be made, if the total entitlement for the payment month is at least $10.00.
780-5 C. CSSD PASS-THROUGH PAYMENTS
CSSD "pass-through" child support payments are not considered ATAP benefits and are not subject to the $10 payment limitation.
