780-15        ADJUSTMENT OF PAYMENTS

When funds are not available to meet full authorized benefit payments in the Temporary Assistance program, reductions will be made by DPADivision of Public Assistance Central Office.  The district offices, unless otherwise instructed, will continue to authorize the full benefit payment for which a family is eligible.  Central Office will make necessary reductions with the funds that are available.
