757-2          PROPERTY ACT PAYMENTS

Payments received under the Uniform and Real Property Acquisition Act of 1970 will not be counted in determining initial and continuing eligibility and payment amounts.  These payments may include monies to buy a new home, pay for additional rent, pay for moving costs or to relocate a business.  Such payments are generally associated with urban renewal projects and other household programs operated by the AHFCAlaska Housing Finance Corporation or other non-profit housing corporations.  No verification is required.
