757-12        ENERGY ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS

All payments made to or on behalf of a ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program applicant or recipient by the Division's Energy Assistance Program are completely disregarded as income, including annual direct cash payments to ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program recipients.  Energy assistance monthly payments made by the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AFHC) to its tenants are disregarded as income.
