755-2 BENEFIT PROGRAMS FOR WHICH APPLICATION MUST BE MADE
The benefit programs for which application must be made include, but are not limited to:
- Worker's Compensation;
- Social Security Administration (SSA) benefits (such as disability, retirement, early retirement, or survivor's benefits);
- Department of Veteran's Affairs (VA) benefits;
- Governmental or private employer's disability programs;
- Governmental or private employer's retirement programs, if the individual is of retirement age (see ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program MS 754-7 for treatment of retirement funds as a resource when the individual is not of retirement age); and,
- Unemployment Insurance Benefits (UIB), unless exempt from participating in work activities under ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program MS 730.
