If the individual who refused or separated from suitable employment is required to be included in the assistance unit, the entire family is ineligible for assistance for the appropriate disqualification period.
If the individual who refused or separated from suitable employment is not required to be included in the assistance unit, that individual must be removed from the assistance unit. The income and resources of the disqualified individual are not counted in the eligibility and payment determinations for the remaining assistance unit.
