721            STRIKERS

Strikers are ineligible for ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program for any month in which they are participating in a strike on the last day of that month. There is no good cause to exempt an individual from striking.

A striker is an individual participating in a strike on the last day of the month, which includes any strike or concerted work stoppage by employees and any concerted slowdown or other concerted interruption of operations by employees.
