719-2          EMPLOYABILITY ASSESSMENT

An initial assessment of the employability, strengths, skills, prior work experience, training, and other characteristics affecting the ability to work is required no later than 30 calendar days after determination of Temporary Assistance eligibility for each parent or caretaker who is:

• Age 18 or older; or
• Under age 18, without a high school diploma or GEDGeneral Equivalency Diploma, and not attending secondary school.

Information needed to conduct the initial assessment is collected on the Employment Planning Information (EPI) form (TA 5Employability Assessment). See WSPMWork Services Procedure Manual MS 1001-2 for additional information.
