Age:  Verification of the age of a dependent child is not required unless questionable.

School Status:  Verification of an 18-year-old’s full-time enrollment is not required unless questionable.  It is not necessary to verify actual attendance; a child who is enrolled meets the requirement, regardless of actual attendance.

Unborn Children:  Verification of pregnancy and the unborn’s estimated due date are required for women applying in their last trimester.  Coverage begins no earlier than 90 days before the expected date of birth.
