713-7         TREATMENT OF AN INELIGIBLE ALIEN'S RESOURCES AND INCOME

Non-qualified aliens and qualified aliens who are subject to the five-year waiting period are ineligible for ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program.

713-7 A.     NON-QUALIFIED ALIEN PARENT

The resources and income of a non-qualified alien parent living with his or her children are considered completely available to the children.

A non-qualified alien parent is allowed the work incentive deductions detailed in ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program MSManual Section 760 when calculating the amount of income available to the assistance unit.

713-7 B.     NON-QUALIFIED SIBLING

The resources and income of a non-qualified alien sibling are not considered in determining eligibility for other children in the assistance unit.
