710-1          GENERAL FACTORS OF ELIGIBILITY

 

All of the following factors of eligibility must be met for ATAPAlaska Temporary Assistance Program eligibility to exist:

  1. Citizenship and Eligible Alien Status

  1. Residency in Alaska

  1. Age

  1. Living in Home of a Caretaker Relative

  1. Living Arrangement of a Minor Parent

  1. Child Support-Assignment

  1. Child Support-Cooperation

  1. Social Security Enumeration

  1. Family Self Sufficiency Planning and Participation in Assigned Work Activities

  1. Strikers

  1. Financial Need-Resources

  1. Development of Income

  1. Financial Need-Income

  1. 60-Month Time Limit on Assistance
