605-7 F PFD Permanent Fund Dividend At Application

The “A” (Advanced) Issuance Code -

The “A” (advanced) issuance code is not used with PFD Permanent Fund Dividend Hold Harmless benefits.  This code is only used to issue the second month of Food Stamp benefits in advance when a household applies for Food Stamp benefits after the 15^th, meets the expedited service criteria, and is eligible for Food Stamp benefits for both the first and second month.  A household that is not eligible for Food Stamp benefits in the first or second month because of PFD Permanent Fund Dividend income or retained PFD Permanent Fund Dividend money does not meet these requirements.
