605-7 G (1)  Ineligible First two months of Recertification for different reasons

Example:

Mrs. Sutton turns in a recertification application in August for September benefits.  She reports she will have a temporary job in September.  The income from her job will make her over income for September.  In October, she expects to receive PFD Permanent Fund Dividend for herself and her two children.  The PFD Permanent Fund Dividend money will be spent by the end of November.  The caseworker suspends September Food Stamps due to temporary earnings and authorizes PFD HH Permanent Fund Dividend Hold Harmelss for October.  The household is also eligible for PFD HH Permanent Fund Dividend Hold Harmelss for the month of November so the caseworker certifies the case through November.  Because the household did not receive federal FS Food Stamp for the first two months of the recertification period, a new application is required before December FS Food Stamp can be authorized.
