South Central Utility Region (SC): Communities in the Aleutians East Census Area, the Aleutians West Census Area, the Kenai Peninsula Census Area, the Kodiak Island Census Area, and Chugach Census Subarea (this includes Chenega, Cordova, Tatitlek, Valdez and Whittier.)
Southeastern Utility Region (SE): Juneau, and communities in the Juneau Census Area; Ketchikan, and communities in the Ketchikan Gateway Census Area; Sitka, and communities in the Sitka Census Area; communities in the Haines Census Area, the Prince of Wales Census Areas, the Skagway/Hoonah/Angoon Census Area, the Yakutat Census Area, and the Wrangell/Petersburg Census Area
Southwestern Utility Region (SW): Bethel, and communities in the Bethel Census Area; all communities in the Wade Hampton Census Area; the Bristol Bay Census Area, the Dillingham Census Area, and the Lake and Peninsula Census Area
