South Central Utility Region (SC): Communities in the Aleutians East Census Area, the Aleutians West Census Area, the Chugach Census Area, the Copper River Census Area, the Kenai Peninsula Census Area, and the Kodiak Island Census Area.
Southeastern Utility Region (SE): Juneau, and communities in the Juneau Census Area; Ketchikan, and communities in the Ketchikan Gateway Census Area; Sitka, and communities in the Sitka Census Area; communities in the Haines Census Area, the Prince of Wales Census Areas, the Skagway/Hoonah/Angoon Census Area, the Yakutat Census Area, and the Wrangell/Petersburg Census Area.
Southwestern Utility Region (SW): Bethel, and communities in the Bethel Census Area; all communities in the Kusilvak Census Area; the Bristol Bay Census Area, the Dillingham Census Area, and the Lake and Peninsula Census Area
