606-2         SNAPSupplemental Nutrition Assistance Program USE AT RETAILERS AND WHOLESALERS

 

Participating household members may use SNAPSupplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits at any retailer or wholesaler authorized by the USDAUnited States Department of Agriculture Food and Nutrition Service (FNSFood and Nutrition Service).  SNAPSupplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits are used to purchase eligible food for the household.  For qualifying households, subsistence hunting and/or fishing equipment may also be purchased with SNAPSupplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits.  The ID card designates households eligible to purchase subsistence hunting and/or fishing equipment.  See MS 600-2 and MS 605-4B.
