600-1 C.     NONDISCRIMINATION

It is the policy of FNS Food and Nutrition Service and the State of Alaska, Department of Health and Social Services that program benefits shall be extended to all eligible households without regard to race, age, sex, color, handicap, religious creed, national origin, or political beliefs. The FNS Food and Nutrition Service nondiscrimination poster, "... and Justice for All," must be displayed in a conspicuous location in each district office.  Procedures for civil rights complaints are detailed in the Administrative Procedures Manual.
